The 50th Anniversary of the Goldfields Aboriginal Football Carnival was held in Kalgoorlie-Boulder this month, with 13 teams from across the region competing over two exciting days.
This event was supported by many businesses and organisations to ensure a successful and enjoyable time was had by all. It was great to see local Aboriginal businesses DJS Mechanical, Tucker Dust & Diesel, Pila Contracting and Kai Rho Contracting, all members of the GABC and of this community, were among those businesses that were official sponsors of the teams and the carnival.
When you choose to support your local Aboriginal business, you also help to build up your local Aboriginal community. Strong Aboriginal businesses equals strong Aboriginal communities.
